This apartment is centrally located in Hallandale beach which is between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. It is located a short walk from the Gulfstream Park and only a few minutes to Hallandale beach, Hollywood beach, Adventure Mall.

Enjoy a winter retreat in out over 55 penthouse apartment.
The apartment itself is large 1400 sq ft. It offers 2 bed 2 bath close to highway and minutes from the beach. It is fully furnished and has a private rooftop patio.
The complex offers a communal pool and the ocean is but minutes away also.
