The property was very clean. Great location, great communication from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay here.
Owner very responsive and allowed an early check in. Check in process easy and friendly security staff. Great property, just needs some new furniture, coat of paint, and some cosmetic work!
The location of this property cannot be beat. We only stayed here two days/one night and in the afternoon the air conditioner stopped working. Despite numerous conversations and promises that it would be addressed, it never was and we wind up tossing all night, finding it difficult to fall asleep to an 87° apartment.

Everything was great, other than the pool was under construction during a holiday summer weekend. Although I know this is out of the control of the owner, communication ahead of time would have been nice. Tried to trade the pool for a few hours early check in, I felt like the condo was ready, but still had to wait until about 30 min early check in. Which didn’t help much. Other than that, good location and building staff was nice.
This is a wonderful place to stay! We stayed as a group of 6 and slept comfortably. The places looks better in person and if we had any problems or questions they were taken care immediately. If you’re looking for a place to book definitely book this place you won’t be regret it.
This was absolutely beautiful! Everyone at the front desk were professional and friendly! The unit was so clean and smelled absolutely amazing! The beds were comfortable and they provided more than enough linens. Overall great stay.
This place was great! It had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was equipped with all you need. The beach chairs were an added bonus that we took advantage of. Have the boardwalk right outside was great fir my morning walks. We could catch the trolley across the street! Restaraunt was really good too! Great stay!
The place is large and I think in its day it was nice however it needs a spruce up. The building is getting run down but well located.

The apartment was nice. We did not realize you had to go through one bedroom to get to another bedroom so that was a bit inconvient. Pool rules are very strict - no drinking in the pool, even water and its only open until dusk which was unfortunate. All in all, we had a great time. We were in a decent location - not much within a reasonable walking distance but great walking distance to the beach.

Close to the Beach, Kinda Old and Run Down
The place is OK, not special and definitely not high-end. The furnishings are dated, and there re are traces of quick maintenance and repairs throughout; messy caulk and paint, tears and chips on the furniture, wires hanging in disarray from TV. I liked the pool table, and getting to the beach was quick. There's a Miami Beach Trolley stop right in front of the complex, and you're going to need it. There's no place to park in North or South Beach.
A group of 6 adults (3 couples...2 seniors and 4 middle age guests) stayed 6 nights. The very spacious upstairs loft/bedroom, bathroom/dressing room were delightful. The only real negative was the fact that the 2 small bedrooms on the main floor were connected. That is, there was a door to the 1st bedroom and one had to walk through the 1st bedroom to get to the second...thus, no separate entrance to the 2nd bedroom. (This fact was not clear to me from the photos of the unit, though in retrospect, I now see it on the drawing of the floor plan.) As the 2 couples who were not acquainted, the 2nd slept on one of the sofa beds in the living room and used the end tables to store their clothes.Otherwise, the unit was spacious, clean, well-stocked and quite livable. It is on a lower middle floor of a high-rise building located between the main north/south road and a north/south walking/biking trail and a path to the beach. We did not use the large pool or tennis courts, but did enjoy a beverage at the pool area bistro.Our host was responsive on the occasions we contacted him for the wifi password and later due to water leaking into the living room from the west facing wall of windows during a severe downpour. A cleaning person arrived quickly and cleaned up the water.We had a rental vehicle and came to learn that during busy times, there was a long wait for it to be our turn to have the vehicle delivered from the garage by a valet...unavoidable, but good to know.
Property was clean, but had some issues. The door doesn’t always shut. There was only one extra blanket, could be more. The pool table is broken. There was a wire broken on the top floor. The mattress’s weren’t very uncomfortable. Just a little outdated for the price. The owner was very responsive with any issues we had and super nice.
The place was very clean but there was several broken items inside that we were very unpleased with. One of them being the pool table missing 8 ball to complete the set, along with every pool stick was broken and unable to use the pool table. A chair was broken at dining table. I tried to reach property manager by phone, e-mail and they didn't respond until following morning. The overall expierence was just okay, considering our main reason we picked this location was for the pool table. We will not be staying here again, unfortunately.
