Pets allowed $150/per stay. Additional $250/pet after 1 pet. Unauthorized pets also grounds for immediate termination with no refunds.
$200 per night extra for each unauthorized guest. $250/hr for unauthorized early/late check-in/out, $100 per lost key at checkout.

A Family Lux Brickell Experience

This house was everything and more! From the moment we open the door everything was immaculate, the house was implacable. The luxury feeling is felt in every room and details of the house. We rented the house for my family as a home base during my sisters wedding. It was so spacious we were able to host the pre wedding Bruch and all the 10 bridesmaids to get ready at the house. Don’t even get me started on how helpful the host was through our stay. Tali was very quick to answer any questions, share with us the contacts to make this happen on such a short notice. He took care of us in every step of the way. The master bedroom is gorgeous, and the whole house is very spacious for several people. Another plus how convenient the location is a 10min walk to Brickell with gorgeous with. Book this place you won’t regret it 100%

Disappointing overall

We were excited as the property is large. However the hot tub becareful, as it shocks you and I immediately called the manager and nothing came of it. Promises made still nothing. The rain came in and the windows and things started pouring in. Street floods when it rains. When I first arrived I couldn’t get into the house and I called over and over and wasn’t able to get in, the back door was open. I communicated with staff immediately and had no resolution. House is large and spacious, just so many issues. I believe it would have been better outside the rainy season, and definitely needs new or better property management. Definitely for a family and enough room for all, great area to board the ports for cruise. There is a pool. And second floor balcony is nice to view the water and feel the breeze. Many bathrooms, many rooms.
