I got there and they charged $20.00 a night for parking. That was not noted on any of the websites- they claimed that it was the third party internet sites mistake. I felt that was disingenuous- don’t they monitor the information posted on third party websites? The front desk staff noted that many people make this complaint. So why isn’t this hotel fixing the issue with the internet sites?The hotel is old and tired- nothing like other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed in- Beware.

It was terrible! They don’t have any service to provide aside of a bed. Internet was bad, no housekeeping, no trash can, they can’t even give you a water bottle with the rent service and if you want to pay for it they don’t get it to your room either. Never going back.

Disorganized shuttle services and not enough of them for the volume of guests both for airport runs and cruise ship runs. Our particular shuttle from the airport tried to load us onto an already full bus and had to unload our bags after realizing there were no seats left.Hotel staff did try hard to make up for items, but generally they looked overwhelmed and overworked.

This review would be excellent except the latch securing lock was broken in our room but the staff was friendly, the shuttle to airport was awesome, so quick.. the restaurant is convenient on 9th floor, gets busy but food was good. We only stayed one night but I’d definitely return!

We statyed here before and after our cruise when we arrived the shuttle never showed up at the airport we waited an hour before getting UBERS talked with the receptionist and they were rude and said the van shows up every 30min and we just didn't get on. WHATEVER. also we all pre registered our rooms but were still charged 45.00 and 35.00 early checkin fees when we put on our reservation that we were coming in at 2:30pm and getting off the ship at 11:15am We also are members IGH. The floors were filthy and the shower faucet was shaking off the wall the first night we could not get a hot shower. The gentleman that checked me in on the 17th said I did not have a reservation and was a complete rude jerk. When my sister went up he found it and again charged up 45.00 early but other people we were with he did not charge them. We will not stay at this hotel ever again. (11) people you lost your transportation gentleman was WONDERFUL polite nice and very much a huge help

Took a while to get the shuttle from the airport. When called, the staff says that the shuttle comes by every 30 minutes but did not state when the 30 mins starts (on the hr and half past, quarter past and quarter to), no information. Same thing when called regarding the shuttle leaving the hotel to the airport. The shuttle leaves every half hour with no further information, even when asked for more. Was told to come down to the lobby to wait. There was no hot water and this was not mentioned at check in, had to call the front desk to get this information. Though booked through a 3rd party, I think that the hotel should try to reach out to customers regarding the incidental fees. Someone travelling on a budget or travelling outside of the US and who does not want to incur additional charges on their card* may pose a challenge. Some may not even have a card that can be used for this transaction. This would be beneficial especially since cash is not accepted for this transaction. Also to be noted that although I shouted good morning twice at the counter when checking out, I did not see any agent at the desk to have me checked out. I was advised by a gentleman (later realized that he was the shuttle driver) to leave the key on the desk. Not a good way to leave a hotel. I loved the convenience of the "snack bar" in the lobby upon check in, very convenient. Information regarding restaurant opening hours and cuisine was welcomed. Conveniently located close to the airport!

We did late check in and had to wait due to a customer complaining not paying attention to conversation which I regret because they continued to check in people knowing their hot water was out. We did not notice until morning. They tried to offer free breakfast but we already had voucher. They informed us to contact Expedia because we prepaid and they couldn’t refund us. Still waiting on solution. We booked weeks before and after looking at reviews during check out their hot water has been out for a week plus.

No hot water our entire stay, even though management knew there was no hot water before we checked in. We waited an hour for airport shuttle and when we called hotel they repeatedly hung up on us. No recompense for these issues when we checked out. Do not stay here.
