Super bummed by this overall experience. Overall a super nice location and enjoyed the adults only pool! When we were arrived they said they would be bringing us a bottle of wine for being an Expedia VIP member. Never arrived despite following up at the front desk. The elevator wait was at least ten minutes every time you needed to go up or down. Countless people complaining about it every time! At check in we were told the Sky Bar would be open from 2:00-9:00. We made plans and were going to start our evening up there. Got there at 5 and it was closed. No signs, no explanations, staff didn't know why. We texted the personal concierge multiple times and never got a response back. Sinks not draining, missing housekeeping supplies, etc. Overall really disappointed that we chose this place for our trip

Beauty on the Ocean Front

Stayed here for a kosher food tour with my husband for our 10 year anniversary. It’s a lovely hotel that is walking distance to all the restaurants. A nice perk is the rooftop adult only pool. We appreciated the quiet! Would def go back.

Anniversary stay

Recently went for our anniversary and the brand os always great. The cleanliness was great the service was amazing staff goes above and beyond. The hotel had some older guests that treated staff very rude but despite that, the staff always remained happy and professional. The hotel was able to provide our request, bed was confortable and clean rooms. Only negative is that its understaffed especially in the bar and outside bar area staff did the best they could though. Also wish they had some late night bites or even a place for snacks

Very nice and spacious rooms. Well maintained. Loved the second bathroom. Service was average. Mediocre cleaning, no turn down and management services felt almost non-existent. The grounds were lovely and beach access was excellent.
