The two receptionist were super great! I had a checkout at 11am and I asked one of the staff members if I could leave my car there and they were super cool about it.. thanks guys!

The smell in this room was horrible. I had to go to Walgreens and by air fresheners and candles. The bathroom was filthy.

The location is good, close to the train station and to the convenient store across the street. This hotel has no shuttle service to the port.. Although my stay here was only for the night to tour miami, it was easy to get to from south beach...the area looked safe, people is seen walking during the night and day. I had a great view from my room window...The staff was nice. The breakfast was only grab to go items like individually wrapped muffins...it would be nice to incorporate fruits.

We were very happy with our stay at Extended Stay 2/12/24-2/19/24. It is very convenient to shopping ,grocery ,banks,ect I just have a few suggestions . When I arrived there were a lot of boxes behind the front desk and only one bench to sit on while waiting to check in and if you were early the wait could be a long time with no place to sit. Anyways for a moment I thought what are we doing here. However after we settled in everything was quite comfortable . Lobby could use some plants as it is Miami and would make people more comfortable. The only other thing is we had to refresh our key everyday to the point when we returned to the hotel we would do that before we went upstairs. Maybe they need a new card machine . Other than minor things its great no frills -save $ place. Will stay next year for our next convention w

Nice and clean property. Close proximity to restaurants, shops etc. great stuff. The only downside for me was there was no gym or pool on site other than that is a nice hotel with nice staff.
