Bath tub was not well cleaned and we had extremely cold water during our stay, everyone started complaining and supposedly they said the water heater wasn’t on. Like what in the world they said to wait 2 hours, we waited and guess what it never got fixed even the following day we had same problem . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I was awoken by a motorbike engine being tested under my window. Mgmt know about this a long time guest where repairing their motorbike at 1:30 am .i have video . had to go down to d/desk cuz the phone doesn’t work in my room .
It stopped it at 2:30 am only wake up he was at again at 10 am ..

Laundry room had issues on Sunday morning
And when I left I was told by front desk not worry about extra room cleaning that I booked only to see that hotel charged my c/card for it
Plus I was not aware maid service once a week .. that showed more clean on your site

Convenient for airport, but hallway smelled, front desk attendant was not very friendly, and ‘breakfast included’ means coffee and packaged muffins. Also, the bed was really uncomfortable.

Front desk was mostly unhelpful we stayed there for almost 3 weeks cook top sucked you could here the other rooms sounded like the person above me was dropping weights on the floor around 2 am the front desk guy let someone in who then pulled the fire alarm and ran off waking up the whole hotel and the beds were as hard as the floor

A pretty average hotel in every possible way. The older Latino gentleman at the front desk, however, was a pleasure to deal with, his dyspeptic African American female colleague, not so much; it was almost as if she was projecting all that was wrong with her life on to me; a very unpleasant person, to say the least.

Check in went really well. We arrived early due to getting off our cruise, and chose to fly home the day after. We initially went to just check out bags into the hotel, and she said our room was actually ready and waived a early check in fee. Best thing to happen that morning, since we were held up so long exiting the cruise. The room was really spacious for 5 people, and definitely cost friendly. Food options in walking distance, and Uber/Lyfts readily available within minutes.

The stay here was absolutely wonderful. Was having surgery and needed something close by the hospital. Quiet, convenient and accessible to other areas rather quickly. Make sure you come back at a decent time to secure a parking spot. Came back one night at around 11pm and almost didn't find parking. The room was very cozy, kitchenette with 2 stovetops to cook, full size fridge, queen size bed, a sofa and a recliner which was a game changer because it's what I slept in since I had surgery it was more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!
"Breakfast included" means just coffee and cereal bars.
The pool is just for looks. Gate locked.
