Good location and helpful staff I thought that the resort fee was too high I enjoyed my massage but felt it was a tad overpriced the room was spacious I loved having mini fridge and coffee maker
Property is in a great location with a lot of history, Property is quite lovely. The hotel is "tired" and in need of a refresh, Elevators didn't work; toilets did not work and building is in need of a refresh. Also, the mix of the Eden Roc and Nobu hotels in one property does not work, It is too confusing.
Property is aesthetically pleasing except for a few kinks. Our room had a mechanical wall door that was left open when it clearly should have been sealed closed. Some previous water damage visible on the base boards.
Excellent service. Allowed us to check in early and check out later. Friendly staff. Good restaurant on site. And a beautiful beach!
We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we were upgraded to the ocean view king suite rooms on the 14th floor. All the staff are very nice and friendly we had an amazing time we will be coming back in the future.
