Reviewer Comments: The apartment is spacious with a wonderful huge terrace but when the sun moves onto the terrace in the afternoon there is absolutely no shade. It needs to have a sun awning as the sun is full on into the lounge too.The kitchen has lots of mis matched China and glassware. Would have been nice if this was newer and better quality. Saucepans also need replacing. Andrea did get us new frying pans as there weren’t any. Ironing board was broken.The bathrooms were old and tiredNo USB socketsGenerally all ok but not for you if you want modern or luxury.

The location was excellent for us - while close to the beach, shops and restaurants, still away from all the noise of a "very happening" Collins Avenue. The kitchen is fully equipped - however some equipment could use updating (scratched pans, can opener hardly does its job, etc.) - but in general the kitchen is utterly functional. Overall - great experience. Would definitely come back!! Thanks AYP

The good: We like the location of the condo. It was close to plenty of places to shop & eat. An easy drive to Miami and has an assignment parking spot included. We had a later check in & Lio was patient & understanding with us. The condo fit out needs as a family of 4. The water pressure in the showers was great! And the view of the sunset from the terrace is wonderful. The bad: At 1st glance the condo appeared to be clean but we soon found out it was just a surface clean. The bathroom sink had a gross layer of black build up area the overflow drain. That means there has not been a good scrub down in a long time. I couldn't turn on the shower in the tub/shower combo so I had to use the stand alone shower which could also use a deep cleaning & felt claustrophobic. There were ants in the living room & kitchen even though there was no food. I purchased cleaning supplies to wipe the counter & table down but the ants kept coming. If you plan on using the kitchen make sure you throughly wash everything yourself beforehand. I used the blender and some knives and they both had old dried up food, especially the blender blades which really grossed me out.

A few blocks walk to strip center with restaurants, nice grocery. Walked to Haulover Park (~3miles) to rent bikes. Awesome seaside bike trail all the way to South Beach. Note, condo is well-equipped with cooking equip, but bring your own cooking oil, spices, etc., as nothing is provided.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is well located in addition to offering a beautiful view. On the reception side, it was also good. By cons the condo needs love and maintenance. Paint, tiles, garden furniture and several pieces of furniture should be replaced. In addition, there is a lack of kitchen tools and household maintenance. (Brooms, vacuum cleaner, kitchen tools, etc.)

Aufenthaltsbeschreibung für unseren Jahresurlaub in Florida 2019

Auf dem Balkon ist es teilweise sehr sehr laut. Es gibt gegenüber von unserem Balkon eine Sportbar, fast täglich finden dort Veranstaltungen statt, die so laut sind das wir uns auf dem Balkon nicht unterhalten können. Wenn man die Geschirrspüle nach dem Abendbrot anstellt benötigt sie für den Waschgang ca. 1.5 Stunden, das in einer Lautstärke das man sich dann auch im Küchenbereich nicht mehr aufhalten. Ansonsten gibt es nichts anzumerken. Die Wohnung ist richtig klasse und uns fehlte hier nichts. Die Außenanlage und der Poolbereich ist wirklich klasse. Wir haben dort sehr viel Zeit verbracht. Nur Schade das wir nicht direkt an das Wasser direkt am Haus konnten, da dieser Bereich nur für die Bootsbesitzer war. Gern hätten wir dort die Fischwelt und die Mannatees beobachtet.
