The property is in a good area, close to the beach one block walk, One elevator in building sometimes did not come to 4th floor (it went up fine from ground but think 4th floor button didnt work). Unit is clean and has basics, big miss 1 bathroom in the bedroom. No common bathroom, so if two people stay you have to go into other bedroom. Nice landlord and very good communication, let us in a few hours early.

The Location & ParkingYou truly cannot beat this location! It’s in the heart of South Beach—just a couple of turns and you are on Ocean Drive, with the famous Miami Beach sign only a few blocks away. While the building doesn't have a private spot, parking was a breeze. We used the adjacent parking deck, which was a great value at just 2/hour with a 20 daily max. It’s a huge plus for the area.The PropertyThe apartment is in a charming historic building, but the unit itself has been beautifully renovated and was very clean. It met all our needs and felt modern and fresh. I also really liked the security; there are two gated entries, which made us feel very safe without being a hassle to get through.The AtmosphereDespite being so close to all the action and food options on Ocean Drive, the noise level was surprisingly good. You could hear the occasional neighbor inside the building, but we heard absolutely no street noise, which was impressive for such a central spot.The HospitalityThe hosts were fantastic and highly responsive. They were in touch from the moment we landed to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed.OverallI would definitely return to this property in the future. It’s a secure, updated, and quiet oasis right where you want to be in Miami!
