Our unit is a great option for guests looking for a spacious and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of amenities and a convenient location on the beach. It comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with partial ocean view, WiFi and Cable TV included.

The master bedroom offers a 2 queen size beds. The guest bedroom has 1 King Bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room with 2 extra sleeping spots.

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old, applies to groups of young travelers.

Paid washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Complimentary:
- 2 beach chairs and beach towels at the beach.
- 2 bicycles per day.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).

Valet parking is paid upon arrival on the premises:
