Check was unremarkable, however there was no instructions on having to use key to access floors in the elevator. My husband and I went out to dinner. On return our keys did not work. My husband went downstairs and had the keys reprogrammed. The keys did not work. We attempted to use the phone in the hall by the elevator, it did not work. My husband went down to the desk and again had the keys reprogrammed. The clerk accompanied him back and we finally got into our room. The next morning, there was no coffee available in the lobby, they were out. It was only 0800. We then decided to use the in room coffee pot. It was not functioning, however, my husband was able to fix it to make us a cup of coffee. I would not recommend this hotel.
