Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs.

Our unit is a great option for guests looking for a spacious and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of amenities and a convenient location on the beach. It comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, WiFi and Cable TV included.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room with 2 extra sleeping spots.

- The two Jacuzzi's at the Lower Pool are open and operating

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival arrival.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund. The management reserves the right to relocate guests to a comparable unit.

Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

Kosher meals available on-site, under the supervision of Kosher Miami (KA).

Washers and dryers are in the unit.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.
Complimentary: 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
