Great Beach View but Slow Elevators

The view of the beach from your balcony is breathtaking and the easy access to the pool and beach made the stay great. Things to know when getting to the apartments though - you are on the 18th floor and the elevator system is very slow, which encourages guests to all push into one elevator that stops at many many floors. So it can be slow going getting up to and down from your condo, especially when it's peak check in hours.

Weekend Get Away.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. It was perfect for a family trip of four including 2 adult dons. Everyone had space and privacy. The beach and boardwalk are convenient. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The room walls were stained, the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, we had problems connecting to the WiFi, long waits for the elevator, the tv channels did not match the tv guide I would I to have half my money returned to me the outside beam look like it was deteriorating. There was a hole in the kitchen floor.

Amazing view

We had a great time. Direct beach access. Great pathway up and down the beach. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms face the ocean. Long line to check in. Parking is crowded. Not alot of restaurants and other amenities close to the condo. The penthouse was beautiful with a large balcony.

The paint is peeling off the walls, the outlets are falling out, it’s extremely dirty behind the bathroom does, the toilet seat is broken, the mattress on the couch is so grossly dirty and thin.

It was a very beautiful place.

The only complaint that I have is that the air conditioner really didn't work The condo never got any cooler than 79°. It was a little rough. But we weren't in our room for long periods of time. We were out and about, so it was OK.

Ocean embraced us

This apartment is located in a huge building. When we arrived from the airport at midnight Friday night it was still a long line of cars waiting for the concierge to take care of them. After around 15-20 minutes we were able to hand over the car key to the parking staff and headed to check in. Check in was smooth. The apartment is on the last floor (I guess 17th, so called penthouse) and has a huge balcony towards the ocean. It’s fantastic. The building is next to the beach and the access is easy. Thank you for the excellent place.

We had a pretty good stay here. The view was unbeatable and the location was very convenient to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. The accommodations can use some touch ups where it shows a good amount of wear and tear. The gym was so awful that we decided to forgo our workouts. The equipment was old, dirty and some were noisy. This was an important factor in choosing this property so it was a bit of a disappointment. There is a convenience store in the lobby, which we found helpful. Overall, it was a great stay in Miami. Thank you!

We choose this VRBO due to its location on the beach, and also because it has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms as we were 2 families traveling together. The view from the condo did not disappoint - it was spectacular. The pool area is very nice, and the pool bar / restaurant serves up some tasty drinks and food. The music in the bar area was extremely LOUD!! But I understand it had to be to hear it by the pool. There is a security person working the pool - no drinks in or near the pool, and no water floaties! The management company was kind to let us have an early check-in due to our flights arriving earlier in the day - that was much appreciated.The A/C in the condo worked extremely well!! When we checked into the Condo, we noticed that a bar chair was broken, as well as the toilet seat in the main bathroom - I'm not sure how this was missed during the cleaning and not corrected prior to our arrival; however, a maintenance man came in within 10 minutes of me texting the management company.This condo is very dated and in need of a refurbishment. Peeling paint, cracking mortar and grout. I hadn't noticed the reviews addressing this at the time I booked the VRBO - but when looking at the listing a couple of weeks prior to our arrival, I read them and was expecting it. Don't expect to get much sleep on the pull-out sofa bed. Awful!There were not a lot of restaurants within walking distance - and no grocery stores. We all said we would not stay at this VRBO again.

Spacious and clean but

The penthouse was very clean and very spacious the inside of the room was designed nicely but, one couch bed is not usable and the other didn't have adequate bedding if there were 2 ppl to sleep on the sofa bed there were also no washing cloths provided at this location making bathing very challenging.
