This Studio Apartment is located on the 11th floor of the Castle Beach Club Condo and has a striking Ocean View! The condo offers many resort-like amenities; valet parking is INCLUDED, as well as access to the beach, a pool, and tennis court.
There is also a restaurant on site, tiki bar, convenience stores, the famous Turkish and Russian Baths as well as bike rental, travel agency and shops.

The studio apartment can fit up to 4 guests, with a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed. There is complementary WIFI access and cable TV.

The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils.

Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish).

Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival.

Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. Laundry cards are for sale next to the security desk

This condo is located at 54th and Collins avenue, in a residential area of Miami Beach. It is about 5-10 min drive to South Beach, and 25 min drive to Miami Airport. The area is quiet and family-friendly.

Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is anytime before 11AM. The security to register for parking is open 24h/day. The door is equipped with a digital lock and your personal code (with detailed arrival instructions) will be sent to you a few weeks before check-in. This property is pet friendly 25Lb max, contact us for pet security deposit ($150)

Beautiful area!

The condo is old and in need of renovations, however it is clean and the location couldn’t be better! We loved the beach and the road that runs along the beach for walking, riding bikes etc…

Great price, great stay.

Great stay. Unit as described with all you need for a family stay. Great view of the ocean and beach. Easy beach access. Unit is older but Miami can be expensive and this was a very affordable price plus FREE Parking was great… very rare in Miami. Manager was easy to access and very accommodating to our needs and a special request we had for a later checkout due to my daughter feeling ill. All in all, great price and location would stay again!

rundown room with good location

It's a small room very poorly maintained, but they keep it clean given the circumstances. There's a strong mildewy smell which makes staying there not fun. For us it was just a place to put our head down and we spent no time there or in the facility so can't vouch for anything else. Despite the large crowds coming in and out throughout the day it was quiet at night time, which is reassuring if you have kids.

Really nice stay for the money

Nice location and fair price. View was amazing. Really needs some upgrades. Definitely showing its age. Older TVs with no streaming services. The beds were comfortable. The property manager was easy to communicate with. The on site restaurant was not very well kept. But the tacos were amazing.

My room was very clean, and it was in a great location. The only problem was that the elevator was not working all the time and I was on the 11th floor, I went for a 5 mile run and got back and had to climb 11 floors, I was not happy and the pool was empty but overall it was nice

What a View

Pros: Location is fantastic. Steps from the beach and free trolly is located right outside. The view is absolutely stunning. Cons: There is no vent in the kitchenette so cooking can be challenging. There is also something wrong with the next door neighbor’s door as it needs to be slammed shut for it to close. Every time it slams you hear it very loudly in the apartment. Overall very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Great place, location. Very clean and easy. Management was very easy to work with. Just lacked a few things. No way to plug the kitchen sink to do dishes. Not enough wash clothes. Could have used more towels. No Tupperware. The remote for the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Broom was in rough shape.

Seven days by the beach

Safe and secure, family friendly, older building but all amenities worked as advertised and the staff was helpful too. There are conviences stores onsite that have basic items for travel and food. The restaurant onsite has high prices, so good idea to just take the bus to a nearby grocery store (2 nearby within less than mile), or Uber to a local restaurant. It was a good stay, I will stay there again. If you don't bring or rent a car then consider getting the Mobile Pass (digital pass via your smart phone), get a 1-day or 7-day pass and ride any bus or rail system in Miami-Dade county that you want. There is a FREE trolley bus along Collins Ave but sometimes it is very full. Lots to do up and down Collins Ave and all is accessable on foot or bus. Bike rental available onsite too.

The building had a lot of character in mid beach, beach acess was easy and beautiful with the most glorious view😍 Our room was in need of a better cleaner as we found trash under furniture, cupboards full of dust and stains on floor and walls. The room also was quiet outdated with a rusty shower curtain rod, kitchen plumbing was loose and falling apart and living room window divider was Squeaking from vacuum pressure from the front door seal not being good. Building had nice shops and services in lower lobby and a nice restaurant and non tobacco indoor hookah bar with full bar service. Swimming pool and cabanas and tiki bar closed for an extensive renovation.

The view was spectacular! The pool was clean and the building was very well maintained. The bed and the pull out bed were comfy. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and there is free valet parking! Very close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely love to come stay here again!

Worth it for the money!

The pros counteract the cons. This property stank of cigarette smoke but host promptly answered and put us in another unit that made up for it. The beach is superb in this area and the studio was equipped with everything we needed. Only one vehicle parking is free. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and the view and the beach are all we wanted and needed.

The pool and beach are steps away. The elevators were hit or miss when they were working properly and efficiently. The valet were excellent. Overall great place to spend a vacation.
