The apartment is a stylish renovated 1 bedroom (Queen bed) and a large living room with a sofa bed (Queen Size). Total 4 people.

Fully equipped for a peaceful stay : New kitchen appliances, Smart TV, Unlimited High Speed Wifi, Cooking and Dining utensils, Comfy linens and towels for all the guests, self check-in, welcoming water and chocolate...

The apartment was just renovated and contains :
-504 SF/47 m2,
-1 bedroom with Queen bed and a walk-in closet,
-1 big living room with a sofa bed queen size,
-1 full bathroom with stand up shower and full amenities dispenser : Body Soap/Shampoo/Conditionner,
-Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances : microwave/ mini fridge with freezer, stove, oven + all ustensiles, plates and glassware,
-Comfy linens and towels for all the guests,
-Hair Dryer, Iron, Iron board, 1st Aid Kit, Toaster, Boiler, Nespresso coffee machine,
-Unlimited high speed Wifi, Smart Cable TV, Self check-in

The place is spacious and clean. The kitchen setting is also conducive for long stay. I only concern is taking the luggage up and down the third floor without a functioning elevator. The host was very speedy and has response to teach us about the TV function.

Tiffany was great good communication But it was really uncomfortable going up and down stairs especially when I fractured my foot not so long ago so I couldn’t really enjoy a lot of my trip because of the stairs I would just stay in

The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating to our needs. The location is perfect…right in the heart of all the action and a block from the beach. Loved our short stay here! The building is old (I believe 1930’s…how cool!) and you can definitely tell as you make your way to the condo but I loved the old feeling of it. The condo itself was clean and updated and it fit two adult couples comfortably. The elevator did not work so we had to use the stairs which wasn’t an issue for us. The only issue I had was the only bed cover was a thick comforter which doesn’t work for a woman with hot flashes and a husband who only sleeps with a sheet. However, the host was made aware and I’m sure they took care of it already. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
