Great location but loud

There for work and the location couldn't be better but the restaurant downstairs played loud music until 1AM and sleeping was impossible, so recommended only for night owls and people on vacation

Great little getaway place in South Beach

Overall this place was great! Great location with a great view! Walking distance to most places! Our biggest complaint is the sofa pull out bed was super uncomfortable, not much of a bed to sleep on. I also think this place could use some fresh brand new pillows. Everything else was great!

I wouldn't stay n this particular apartment number 316

Couldn't get in touch with managers there was no hot water to take a shower the A/C WAS LEAKING N THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR WE HAD TO PUT TOWELS DOWN TO SOAK UP THE WATER TO KEEP FROM FALLING THERE WAS ONLY 2 SET OF TOWELS TO BATH WITH AND DRY OFF

Awesome Location!

Great location. Right on Ocean Drive with an ocean view. You can walk to shops and restaurants or rent a bike at numerous bike share locations near the property. Only downside is the place wasn't quite as clean or well equipped as we would have liked.

The room was nice could use some updated furniture i.e. bed and sofa, Cushions for the chairs etc.

Overall the place was nice. Fabulous location no place for parking if you drive but fairly clean.

Pretty alright!

The location was probably the best part. Pros: - location was so close to beach, restaurants, and it’s literally on Ocean Dr. - decently sized room with kitchen - you can see the beach from the window - tv has all the good apps on it - umbrella for the beach and towels (we didn’t find them till the 2nd day so maybe add a note saying you offer those things) Cons: - the towels were dirty still with hair (maybe get new ones) - it could be nicer if you just added these little details: toilet paper holder, coffee, bathroom hanger on the wall or door for towels, instructions for the AC system. Even adding like your fav restaurants near by or something to add a personal touch. - the bedding stuff needs to be changed - the couch should be vacuumed or cleaned Overall, it was good because of the location but I believe if the owner just like added a few more things, it would be great! I know that not every person that will rent is responsible and clean but either way I think this place could be better. Also, the music outside by the restaurant is sooo loud and on weekends goes till 1-2 am. But that’s expected on south beach. I didn’t notice it as much only when people would yell.

Communication wasn’t great you have to walk through a restaurant to find the condo, got stuck in the elevator and had the fire department save us. Internet didn’t work, very few extras in the condo, just 2 towels and 2 beach towels for the week. We got there after check in time and had condo information and front desk person wasn’t going to let us into the condo because he didn’t know if it was ready. Just not a great experience with the condo.
