A lovely weekend stay!
Just as described and pictured! I enjoyed that I was just a minute walk to the beach. I appreciated the parking permit and the beach chairs/umbrella service that was included. I would absolutely stay again if in the Miami area.The owner was very responsive and her pictures that explained the check-in process was awesome.

The over all stay was good. The condo was newly renovated. AC worked well. The pool was nice. It was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.

The condo had a terrible odor of what seemed like mold odor. It was very bad. We were not able to find another place for our first evening as it was too late, but we did for the second evening of our stay. We had to stay one night. My wife woke up not feeling well. We notified the host as well as VRBO and were told no refund would be given. We are contesting that. Unless the host corrects the mold, or whatever issue there is, regarding the odor, I would recommend not staying at this condo. The host did indicate she was going to have maintenance look into it. We have stayed an at many VRBO and other rentals of that type, and have never had a problem like this.
