Enjoy this spacious and modern one-bedroom apartment with stunning views, perfect for accommodating up to four guests.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The unit also includes an additional half bathroom for extra convenience.

The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and a queen-size sofa bed suitable for two guests. The fully equipped integrated kitchen provides everything you need to prepare family meals. You will also find an in-unit washer and dryer, along with an ironing board and hair dryers.

Resort Fees (charged by Hyde Beach House)

These mandatory fees are not included in the room rate and may vary between booking and check-in.

Valet Parking (per day, per vehicle)
Standard rate: $40 + tax
7 to 29 days: $15 per night or $105 per week
30+ days: $9.33 per night or $280 per month

Effective January 1, 2026:
Nightly valet parking will increase to $42.
The monthly rate of $280 will remain unchanged.

Resort Fees (per day, per apartment)
Standard rate: $40 + tax
7 to 29 days: $22.50 per night
30+ days: $15 per night

Security Deposit: $250 per stay (credit card only; no cash accepted).
The deposit is released immediately upon checkout and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Wireless internet
Access to the 6th-floor pool with towels and chaise lounges (from sunrise to sunset)
24-hour access to the state-of-the-art fitness center

Upon arrival, the front desk will welcome you, provide your electronic key, and give you all necessary instructions for your stay.
The credit card and ID must match the name on the reservation or an accompanying guest. No exceptions.

Great stay in Hollywood Beach

Great location and unit. Super easy communication with owner and smooth. Really enjoyed the Hyde Beach House and its location to shopping, food, and the beach. Getting umbrella and chairs on beach easy. Pool and amenities were really nice. Only issue was elevators are overwhelmed and could take up to 10 minutes to get one not packed—often took stairs 23 flights.
