Located in the upscale South of Fifth neighborhood, my apartment is 1 block from the Beach with all the best restaurants and nightlife at your doorstep meaning you are within walking distance of everything! My home has just been renovated and has lots of natural light and new finishes. You can use the washer and dryer as well as new appliances such as High-Speed WiFi. I also supply Beach Chairs, Beach Cooler, Beach toys, Board games, and TV with Streaming Services HBO included. There is Pack and Play provided for families also. The elevator to the floor so works for people with Strollers and Wheelchairs.

Wonderful stay

My family had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t be better - about a 3 minute walk to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Easy to check in (keyless entry) and great communication from the owner. Highly recommend to families!

We enjoyed our stay very much!! Location is fantastic! Short walk to the beach & Ocean Dr!! We had plenty of room for 4, very clean, & photos are accurate of his place! The private parking spot is key. We would recommend Marc’s place for a family of 4 or for any guests looking for location!!

Great stay in a great location

We had a great stay at Marc’s apartment and he was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Very short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants, etc within a short walk. We stayed for a long weekend and didn’t need to Uber anywhere.

Fantastic

This is the perfect place for a Miami vacation. Tastefully decorated and just a short walk to the beach. Marc is very organized and a great communicator. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

Miami Beach experience

We had a great stay at this location. We enjoy being close to the beach (3 minute walk), the promenade that you can walk up or down for miles and miles. Restaurants, bars all over the place yet not too close or noisy. Just need extra bath towels !

Great place right close by

I stayed here as it was one of the few places that had a parking spot. It's a tight spot but with a garage door and safe off the street. The best thing is all thechairs for the beach and ther options to use in the storage compartment behind the parking spot. the location is great and actually quite yet close to the beach and all the places you would want to see in south beach. It is a great comfortable place.

Amazing & Delightful Condo !

We loved this condo! The location is great. The place is bright, airy and elegant but also comfortable. The parking spot is a HUGE bonus. The landlord was easy and quick to communicate with and very helpful. All the appliances, bedding, etc are excellent quality. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Sampling South Beach

The unit was very clean and hasa super location. We walked along the picturesque walkway down to South Beach when we arrived and took in the amazing lights and sights. The next day we walked up the beach to I guess Palm Beach. Again all the sights and colorful shops and places to eat. As Marc had advised, the parking spot was tight and with our Ford Explorer, we had to back in, but very doable, and with the lication we didn't use the car while we were there.

Perfect!

My spouse and I traveled to South Beach with another couple to attend the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. The property was perfect. It was clean, decorated beautifully and the finishes and furniture were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee. The parking garage was very convenient. We brought our car and rented bikes. The location was absolutely perfect! We were close to everything. Last year, we stayed on 10th Street and it was very loud at night and hard to sleep. This location - South of 5th - was quiet and we all got great sleep, while being close enough to walk or ride our bikes to all the hot spots. Marc was accommodating and helpful anytime we had a question. We will definitely be back!
