The Space:
Comfortable 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located across the street from the beach, right next to the Heritage Park. The condo has everything you need for your stay: linens and bedding, towels and stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has 1 King Bed for 2 adults. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds for 4 adults.

Ocean Reserve Condominium located in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The complex offers many amenities for a more comfortable stay and conveniently located 11 miles from Miami International Airport, 10.5 miles from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 1 mile from Aventura Mall and provides access to various activities and parks within the area.

Guest Access:
The rental includes free parking space for one car (please make sure to register your vehicle at the time of check-in), free Wi-Fi, cable TV. Building features: swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, 24/7 security officers, 24/7 front desk, business center, vending machines, minimarket on the 1st floor (with ATM machine inside), on-site cafe, valet parking, shared washer & dryer on each floor (laundry card can be purchased at your own expense on the 1st floor).

Check-in notes: the condo association will charge a registration fee of $41.50 at your check-in. Paying this registration it will authorize you to use all condo amenities (pool, parking, fitness center and more).

Please make sure to provide your vehicle information at the time of check-in if you are planning to park at the assigned parking space.
