House features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a finished home office / guest room / mud room. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with a queen size guest room, a king sized guest room, guest bathroom with spa-like finishes. Incredible sunlight, skylights in the living room, Extra large dining room, beautiful Chef's kitchen with quartzite natural stone eat-up counter; chic finishes throughout. Private driveway with space for 4 cars. Backyard features ample sun protection, a large outdoor Chef kitchen, extra large heated salt-water swimming pool, and a salt-water jacuzzi.

No smoking allowed. No pets. 6 months only.
