"Staff was great. No elevator or breakfast so low amenities. Room had new sheets etc. but building is old. Could see light around most oft the door. Airport hotel so lots of in and out all night."

"Expansive property but not enough elevators. Hair in the bed sheets but staff allowed a room change. Didnt experience the bar or restaurant, sat down in the bar but wasnt greeted for service so I left. Low water pressure in the shower and water temperature changed from hot to cold during use."

"Both nights that I stayed at the hotel I had to go without tv because the hotel did not have there tvs hooked up to be watched . I had to constantly wait for towels because they weren’t keeping up with any. And the elevator they have is very unsafe. I did not enjoy my stay and feel as if I deserve a refund. "

"It’s a very well maintained property and the check in/out process was very smooth as you can just walk in and go to a kiosk to complete all processes. Everything is automated which saved time for us."
