Getting fired up about your trip to Miam? Keen for a few hints about what to do when you're there? That's where we come in!
Seongheungsanseong Fortress defended its surrounds from invaders for many years. Admire this magnificent stronghold and discover its place in history. There's a wonderful range of things to do close by. Many have said that knowledge is power. With that in mind, you're sure to feel a bit more powerful by the time you leave Boryeong Coal Museum. Still got time to spare? Try to picture the soldiers who were tasked with protecting Busosanseong. The savagery of past wars are scarred on its thick walls.
It might be a bit of a struggle getting a place to stay in Miam itself, as there are presently no properties listed on Expedia. However, if you don't mind commuting, you could check out the Lotte Buyeo Resort (400 Baekjemun-ro, Gyuam-myeon, buyeo-gun). It's located 5 miles (8 km) away, in Buyeo.
Nearly ready for your trip to Miam? Wondering where you'll be landing? Gunsan Airport (KUV) is the most convenient terminal. Once you've disembarked and stepped out of the arrival gate, you'll be 30 miles (48 km) from all the action.

The location is perfect: the beach including the sky line and the rail bike, the fish market, and the ferry terminal are quite close to the hotel. The bus stop (if you need to go to/from the train station or the intensity bus terminal) is also in a few (maybe 100...) steps. The sea view is wonderful. ...
Unfortunately we had to pay an extra 20000 KW (to start with 40000) for 2 Nights to get from an Ondol hard bedding to a twin room. Hotel was almost empty and receptionist lied to us when he said there are no double bed rooms available. Made not a great impression to us.
There are no twin beds but floor mat so don't expect too much comfort. Expect that everything is great and for 20 000 you can make your own BBQ
The resort is near to the mud museum. It has 2 rooms n a kitchen. There's only 1 aircon in the living room area. They do not provide bedroom slippers.
