"We stayed here for two weeks and could not have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful touches that made us feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic — from the pool area to the relaxing common spaces, everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Dining was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with plenty of variety to keep things exciting throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and look forward to returning again soon!"

"I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The food was good, the service was good. My only thing we paid for ocean view king rooms and we did not receive that; my view was of the roof top restaurant and my daughters room view was of a wall. I will stay here again next year but hopefully we will get our ocean views that we will pay for. "
