Beds are hard as rocks. No soap in the bathroom. Coffee in the room is not good and there was some sort of conference going on so we didn't get the breakfast we paid for because there was no room. Also, it is miles from Chapala center and its a hassle to get into town. Would not recommend.

There were ants all over my room, if any water bottle set out they were all over it. No hot water in shower. Was a bit disappointed. Hot tub advertised but they charge to use it.

The hotel is old and needs work but we really liked the colonial style buildings and the size of the complex. Breakfast was decent for what we paid and I enjoyed sitting on our terrace which felt quite private.

We really liked the look of the house. Very Mexican and walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great to have. The upstairs rooftop was a great place to sit and enjoy the scenery. Beds were comfortable as well. Well furnished kitchen.
