- Dating back to 1636, this beautifully renovated three bedroom farmhouse with private courtyard and heated pool is packed with original features while offering all modern conveniences. It is situated in a quiet, rural location with large garden, just 3km from the small market town of Meyssac, 4km from Collonges-la-Rouge.
The house offers a large open plan living area with wood-burning stove, comfortable furnishings and fully fitted kitchen. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 7 people.
There is a large garden with lovely shade from a mature walnut tree, and games room in the adjacent barn with table tennis, and of course the large heated pool.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, with the garden completely fenced for 2024.
