"Airport shuttle was very convenient, every 10 minutes in early morning and 20 minutes thereafter, and it took 5 minutes between the hotel and airport terminal. The room looked new, clean and well maintained. The only downside was the tiny room, we could hardly move around if the luggage is on the floor, and one side of the bed was against a wall."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, from the shuttle driver (Nuno) to the front desk staff - everyone was really enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice being close to the airport and the tram station is a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast was really good. I’d stay again."

"It was as expected. Very close to the lake and lots of restaurants and shopping. From the balcony I had a great view of Mont Blanc! Noisy area but the roll down blinds blocked most of it; only the odd siren could be heard at night."

"The hotel was very nice, great location at the train station. My room was really nice - great shower, great sink, quiet. The single room was small but was exactly what I needed. Will stay here again (I've already booked it!)."

"I loved my 3-day stay. The room was functional and efficient -- with an appropriate amount of Swiss charm. It wasn’t luxurious or high-end, which was fine because I hadn’t paid for that. It was a good value. The location is convenient to the train station. This does mean that it is on a main street with a lot of truck traffic that continues into the night, so my room was noisy. (This may not affect all rooms.) The staff was beyond helpful and always greeted me with a smile. I would stay here again."
