First, I would like to mention that the staff is doing their best. Given that it's a new property, there are some issues that need to be resolved as soon as possible. The room is very nice, but the shower lacks a place to put amenities (body wash, shampoo, etc.). The stove didn't work. We received the instructions for the hot water after having to shower with cold water. There are some missing details, such as placing a bottle of water in the room. Additionally, it can be very noisy if there are guests in the room above. The hotel doesn't provide two keys for the same room, which was inconvenient when we lost our key. Arriving late at the hotel and finding no duplicate key available was problematic. We had to call the administrators, and only after informing them that my husband's medications were in the room, did they make an effort to send a copy of the key (via Uber at 1 a.m.) and we really appreciate it. We recommend better preparing the staff; they have the right attitude but need more tools. The appearance of the staff is also very important. Most of the staff at the front desk are not in uniform and should be more presentable. However, the place does have very nice decorative details. I want to thank once more the staff that help us with the key situation.
