"The location is awesome! While it’s not a hotel with daily housekeeping, the cleaning staff was super friendly and happy to bring us extra towels and toilet paper when we asked. My main issue was the third bed—it’s a sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Since we paid for a room for three people, sleeping on that couch made for a few rough nights. Additionally, the photos online make the room look a bit newer and fancier than it actually is. Overall, though, it was a good stay. Expedia rates it a 9.4, but I’d give it a solid 8.5. It’s definitely worth the price, especially for first-time visitors, as everything is nearby, the neighborhood is safe, and the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming!"

"My family and I stayed from the 21st to the 25th. This was our first time staying at the Zócalo, and we were really impressed. There was a great breakfast selection, and the morning staff, including Raul and Luis, were wonderful. Our room was superbly maintained by Adrian throughout our stay. We also had a great experience with the front desk staff, including Chris, Josh, Kari, and everyone else on the property. The location in Centro Histórico is excellent. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning soon."
