Very disappointing
Good location, nice room decorations, but hospitality is a profession which is obviously not that of the owner of this hotel. We arrived in an unheated room (10degres…), the sink was clogged, then for the service ... there is none. No contact with the staff and if you want breakfast you have to order it on Uber Eat… Too bad at that price.

Amazingly well planned and decorated room. Quiet, view of the park, and located just off the Place Stanislas, the most beautiful place in Nancy. Near restaurants.

It is a great hotel smack dab in the middle of the best part of Nancy. The service was better than any place I've stayed in Europe.
