About this property

The House Is Situated In The Countryside Amongst Sunflower Fields and Vineyards

  • Les Hirondelles is set in a private stone walled courtyard with 2 terraces, one in the shade and one in the sun, and is not overlooked; it has a large garden measuring 2200m2 which is securely fenced all around the perimeter with views on the countryside. Les Hirondelles has been completely refurbished in 2011/12 offering the comforts of a new house in an old property all on the ground floor.
    There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin.
    We also have a high chair available.

    Les Hirondelles is 22 km from Royan and the roman town of Saintes, and is a 15 minute drive away from the nearest beaches at Meschers and 5 minutes away from the nearest restaurant and shops.

    There is full electric central heating and double glazing to allow for rentals in the winter as well as the summer.
