"Staff is very friendly and the stay was delightful. Every service request was prompt, and I love the courtyard space. Took about 15 min to get into the main shopping and restaurant area in Marais, but location still was ok. Will probably stay here again."

"The hotel reception and breakfast room are lovely, very welcoming, breakfast was ok, the staff were very nice, our room was cleaned and bed was changed every day, but the room is very dated,small and really needs redecorating, having a small kitchen with hob, microwave fridge, and kettle was a bonus "

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."
