This property was beautiful and the parking was easy, but it is located right next to the train stop so it is very loud even late at night. The home wasn’t very clean. There was hair in the shower and the ledge was very dirty in the bathroom. It got my bag dirty when I set it up there. The communication was very bad. I had to reach out on the day of arrival to receive info on how to get into the home, parking, etc. even though the owner was supposed to reach out to me. Once we arrived we noticed the back door was unlocked which we found to be very unsafe considering we were asked to lock all doors when we check out. We couldn’t find the “spa” anywhere, we looked all over the property. I messaged the owner and was never responded to. Overall it was an okay experience, but I think I would stay somewhere else in the area if I was ever this way again.

Wir waren trotz ausführlicher Beschreibung der Wohnung über die Größe überrascht. Jedes Zimmer ist groß und liebevoll, individuell eingerichtet. Als wir feststellen, dass uns in der gut ausgestatteten Küche etwas fehlt, hat die nette Vermieterin uns gleich weitergeholfen. Wir planen daher für 2026 unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Schönes und großes Apartment mit 3 Doppelbetten (1x im Durchgangszimmer!) und einer Schlafcouch in Metzingen. Management des Appartments (Stefanie) sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, als etwas fehlte oder nicht ganz klar war.Parkplätze von der Tür am Straßenrand. Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, plus eine nicht erwähnte Filterkaffeemaschine.Lage: Zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, Bäcker, zu den ganzen Outlets und zur Apotheke problemlos machbar.

Gern wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und originell eingerichtet. Teilweise kommt noch der Charme der 70ger Jahre durch. Die Ausrüstung der Küche sollte überdacht werden. Die Lage zum Schoppen in der Outletcity ist perfekt.

Kurzurlaub in Metzingen

Günstige Lage zum Outletcity. Trotzdem ist es auch nicht weit, wenn man Spaziergänge in der Umgebung machen möchte. Man findet auch fast immer einen Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Tolle Lage, gute Größe

Die Wohnung liegt fantastisch - in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem ist man in kürzester Zeit in der Innenstadt und auch in der Outlet City (zu Fuß). Wir waren insgesamt zu 6. in der Wohnung (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und niemand ist sich auf die Füße getreten. Klar, die Aufteilung ist anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (auch weil Altbau), aber in Summe sind wir alle wunderbar klargekommen in der Zeit (5 Tage). Etwas Abzug gibt es für zwei Dinge: das kleine Ameisenproblem in der Wohnung (unsere fanden die Seifenspender leider richtig gut.....) und dass die Wohnung sehr, sehr hellhörig ist. Kein Problem, weil außen eh kaum Lärm eindringt - bei anderen Mietern in der Wohnung kann es schon mal lauter werden.
