"So the location and property itself is really convenient. The SM mall is within walking distance and theres a convenience store just at ground level. The room itself was well stocked with modern amenities and wifi. However theres roaches, small ones but enough for my wife to find them in our clothing and such. "Our Family had a wonderful time in this house. Family requests for towels, bedsheets,and soap needed. We had fun up to the wee hours singing with Karoke,. playing pool, etc. The kids in the Family enjoyed the pool. Although we paid extra for extra time a n d were not able maximize the use of the pool, this was on us. The staff were super responsive and helpful.Thank you!"

"Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. "

"The property was well kept. The care takers live near by so any help that was needed was provided. The fridge broke and was quickly repaired. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place."
