"My stay at the Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis was outstanding—truly an excellent place to relax and unwind. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the overall ambiance felt upscale yet welcoming. One of the best features of this hotel is its unbeatable location. It is just a short walk to the famous Beale Street, where you can enjoy live music, great food, and a vibrant nightlife scene. Beale Street is known for its historic blues culture, lined with clubs, restaurants, and entertainment that run throughout the day and night. It’s also an excellent location to stay if you’re planning to walk to the FedExForum for a concert or event. We walked to a concert at the FedExForum and then enjoyed the night on Beale Street afterward—it made for a perfect evening without having to worry about driving or parking. Overall, the Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis is a perfect choice whether you’re looking for relaxation, entertainment, or a little bit of both. I told the desk about the situation when I checked out .. gentleman in front of me also complain about the smell ..… I would like a complete refund because of this situation "

"Stayed 17 days. Clean & perfect location near medical district & downtown with a variety of restaurants & activities near by. The house had all the essentials in bathroom & kitchen. But, no large pots to making cooking easier. The highest suggested heat range (65-72) didn't warm the house, but will bake you in the main bedroom with the door closed. Overall with the heat at 78 it was still cold in the main part of the house, most likely due to cold weather & lots of windows. Host was welcoming & helpful...I'll definitely stay again!!!"
