"Labeled a 3 star on the booking site, but definitely a 2.5 star max. It's an older hotel with 2 separate buildings on opposite sides of a somewhat dark parking lot. First room keys didn't work. Staff was courteous in fixing and quickly gave us another room. The room was clean but small with old-style furniture, a small TV with a Guide that didn't work, & a compact bathroom with a tub. Lamp bases and other metal features were rusty. Bed was comfortable & AC worked well. The breakfast area was tiny and completely full when we arrived. A good stay for the price, but not up to par with 3-star competitors."

"We want to thank Risewell’s staff for making our experience staying there for a week a great one for our family of 4 including 2 , 8 year olds. All staff was very helpful and friendly and room was extremely clean. Near to everything from grocery store to fast food and sit down restaurants, including a park close by for the kiddos to play. Would recommend Risewell, 10 out of 10. Thanks again for your hospitality. "

"Basic necessities only. Hotel is in decent shape, beds and bedding need updated. Sheets had hole worn through them.Towels but no wash clothes, soap but no shampoo. Perfect if you just need a shower and bed. Priced ok for what you get. "

"We were in town for our Grandpa's funeral and were not able to check into our room until close to 7:00. The woman at the front desk was not apologetic at all and only kept repeating that she just got there.. We were lucky to have family also in the hotel to put our bags away and decompress after travel. To top it off the bathrooms were disgusting. I truly believe that a murder happened in our bathroom and it was not cleaned properly. Took pictures and seriously tried calling a forensic hotline."
