"Not so good I had recently at the Best Western in Patti Sicily that I was so impressed by the comfort, excellent bed & smooth sheets, food, service & newness I said going forward I will stay at 4 star Best Western!!! Then I stayed here eventhough you can tell it had designs it was tired … the room & elevator smelled musty, bed sheets were rough! The bed was hard & uncomfortable tossed all night. "The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...
