"The first room we got was horrible. It was super hot they did not turned the AC. The shower head threw water everywhere wetting the floor and the toilet handle was not working either. They did not wanted to moved us until some one come to inspect the room. The moved us to another room and the bathtub was horrible it did not drained the water fast enough so everytime you shower the water got stuck under your feet. I will look for another hotel to stay. I am not planning to stay here any more. It seems this hotel cares more about the outside more than the inside. "

I had such a great time in Santa Ana and this was such an amazing hostel to do it in. I loved the location, the people, the room, everything was amazing. I will definitely find myself back here!!
