"The room was very clean. The staff at check in were great and very helpful …. Gave us directions on best way to get to Venice & ordered a car to pick us up in the early morning hours to get to airport. Food was very good in restaurant in hotel and again staff was very friendly. "

"It was as good as expected. I prefer modern and clean instead of rundown and historic. That’s why I didn’t stay in the center of Venice and have chosen a respectable spot around train station. The staff was very helpful. Especially the gentleman was extremely polite and took his time to explain what we might needed to know. However, we left our luggage in the hotel to pick it back up, with the haste of the moment, the gentleman didn’t provide us a ticket for the luggage. He was busy grabbing us some water. We thought that wouldn’t be a problem. When it was time to pick our luggage, the gentleman was not there, but the lady who has seen the interaction made a big deal out of it. I understand this is for security reasons, but even though we have explained that they were the ones didn’t provide the ticket. She insisted that it was our fault to lose the ticket and we were lying. She didn’t say we were but made us feel and acted in the way you know how. This was the only downside so far. "

"Nice room with everything you need. Andrea on front desk was super friendly & helpful. Bed a bit hard for me but that’s just personal preference. Double glazing was not great and with a room at the front the main rd traffic was very loud. "

"This is our first time in a camp ground and we love the concept. Everything we need is available. When we come back we are definitely staying here again. The check-in process was flawless. The staff is very professional and kind. Having access to laundry, groceries, restaurant, and being able to walk safe in the area is very important to us. The water in the shower could be a little hotter, but other than that we are very satisfied with the place. "
