Come stay at this beautiful Springs condo & enjoy the views of the mountains and the valley. This Townhome style condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on the upper level with a half bath on the ground floor level, (1,439 sq.ft.) and sleeps 6 adults. It features beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities - Large kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, cable, wireless internet, and a one car garage. Pet friendly for dogs only.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Please call the office to insure this property has Cable TV or Streaming only or both.

Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges do apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

"For stays lasting 28 days or more, please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied at a rate of 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations throughout your extended stay."

Great place to stay!!!

The property was perfect as we were in town for a youth football tournament. It was spacious, clean and had all of the amenities we could have wanted, including a pool and hot tub!
