Spectacular views of desert sunsets and city lights from the top of this Mesquite mesa and the front door. This unit has a front row seat looking out at the Virgin River Mountains, flat top butte, the city of Mesquite and hole 1 and hole 18 of the Oasis Palmer golf course. The condo is stocked just like your home. With the two twin XL beds in the second bedroom, you have sleeping options. This unit has a step-in shower in the master bath, a luxury item for Kitty Hawk condos. In Hawk Ridge, this unit is as close as they get to the pool and club house. Unit is close to the complex entrance making it easy in, easy out. Unit is ground floor with only two vertical steps in the continuous sidewalk from the parking space to the front door. Walking distance from the Virgin River and Eureka casinos for the energetic. Enjoy your favorite area sport or just enjoy the climate. Mesquite - the recreation destination!

You will definitely enjoy your time in Mesquite.
