Bright & Spacious 2 Story Condo

Great place to relax and unwind after enjoying all that Mesquite has to offer. This 2 story condo (2nd & 3rd floor) has recently been renovated. It boasts vaulted ceilings, leather furniture, modern kitchen, full size washer & dryer, glass shower doors, etc. Spacious great room with lots of light. The association pool is steps away from the unit, and has a waterfall feature. Wood/coal grills are located throughout the complex for your use. Includes a dedicated covered parking spot.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of any other material/products that will leave an odor in the house.
• If the unit has to be de-scented, it will result in a $300 cleaning charge.
• No events, parties, or other gatherings are allowed.
• Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud discussions or music, especially after hours.
