"Excellent hotel! Staff was friendly and professional. Big rooms, super clean. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and we stayed for 2 nights. We had a great experience! The pool is fantastic, there is a big green outdoor area with playground for kids. We really enjoyed our time there! There is a big shopping centre in front of the hotel. "

"When booking a Suite (Paraná) I expected two things: a suite and a view of the river. I got neither. The "suite" is nothing more than a large hotel room and not worth the extra cost. There was no view of the river from the room. The room is modern however on arrival the air conditioning was set extremely high and changing the control didn't seem to make any difference. The breakfast room did not seem capable of handling the number of guests and was very cramped, although the breakfast itself...

"El aire acondicionado no funciono las 2 noches que estuvimos, se fueron a hacer mantenimiento, pero aun asi no funciono, la ducha mojaba el resto del baño, no tenia un buen sistema de aislamiento. Al llegar el desodorante que estaba puesto en el pasillo era tan invasivo que nos hizo picar la garganta, pedinos que se desconete y lo hicieron, en la habitación tuvimos el mismo inconveniente. Los botones del ascensor funcionaban intermitentemente, hubo ocaciones que nos tuvimos que bajar en otro...
