The new bike path runs right past the cottage—how nice! Enjoy bike rides along the cliffs of Plouha, the beaches of Le Palu and Bonaparte, and on the trails leading to the Gwin-Zégal pilings, near the island of Bréhat.

The property is approximately 91 m². Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor: a living room/kitchen, a club-style lounge, a separate bathroom with a sink, and a small laundry/storage room.Upstairs, via the staircase from the dining room: a landing leads to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 140x190) (2 single beds, 80x200, which can be joined to form a 160x200 bed) and a bathroom (shower, sinks, and toilet).Upstairs via the staircase off the living room: a loft bedroom (1 double bed, 140 x 190) with an open-concept private bathroom (vintage bathtub and sink). There are 5 TVs in total in the cottage.In the courtyard, an outbuilding features: a relaxation area, an infrared sauna for 2 people, a walk-in shower and a sink, and a small lounge area. Also in the courtyard, under a covered area: a spa pool for 5 people.Enclosed property with a 50 m² paved courtyard/patio, 1 parking space for 1 vehicle; a few steps up: a 100 m² enclosed garden with a lounge area and lounge chairs. Open-sided lean-to ideal for storing bicycles.

The spa pool is heated year-round. The sauna and spa pool are for the tenant’s exclusive use.
The property is fenced and secured by a gate; guests are the only ones with access to the garden, spa pool, and sauna.The spa curtains are removed from October through May.
Peak seasons: July/August and school breaks; reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.
Short stays are available for a minimum of 2 nights.
Security deposit upon arrival: 2,000 euros + property inspection fee
Bed linens, towels, and housekeeping are not included but available as optional extras
Requests must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival.
Linen option: 20€ per bed / 10€ for an 80x200 bed /
Towel option: 10€ per person
Cleaning option: 150€; otherwise, you must clean the property yourself before departure.
