Comfortable house in a very quiet dead end, ideally located in the village of Meschers (10 km from Royan), 5 min walk from the Nonnes beach (~ 400 m), 5 min from the supermarket and 10 from the village market. Small grass garden with terrace for outside dining, parasol / barbecue available. Large living room with TV / Game console + fully equipped open kitchen. Parental suite with private bathroom, 2 bedroom floors with 2nd bathroom and separate WC. Total area 120m², sleeps 8 (3 double beds, 1 × 160 + 2 × 140 and 2 bunk beds 90). Parking space for 1 car in front of the garage, possibility of parking on the street.

Superbe maison.

Cette maison est très agréable, très propre, moderne, spacieuse et très bien équipée. On s'y sent comme chez soi ou chez des amis.Elle est très bien située. On peut aller à la plage, aux grottes et au petit supermarché à pied.Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire, soucieux de notre bien-être, et également avec sa gestionnaire. Bref un séjour tout à fait plaisant pour nous bien que nous ayons peu profité du mobilier de jardin vu le temps frais.

Agréable séjour chez notre hôte

Agréable maison ou rien ne manque pour passer des vacances à Meschers.A proximité de la corniche à pied pour apprécier les couchés de soleil de l'estuaire et les plages.Les vélos mis à disposition, sont un plus pour le trajet vers Talmon sur Gironde via le chemein de fond de baie.je recommande vivement cette location!

Modernes, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem grosszügigen, modernen Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Auch der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Gastgeber ist extrem aufmerksam und immer bestrebt, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in Meschers. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, dennoch in unmittelbarere Nähe des Supermarktes und des Ortskerns. Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, mit top Ausstattung!

Très bon séjour chez Sébastien ! La maison est neuve, propre, très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle ! la plage est à 700m a pieds ce qui a été très faisable avec notre fils de 2 ans et la corniche avec la vue à 300m La communication avec Sébastien en amont et pendant le séjour a été idéale ! nous avons même profité des vélos et de la poussette mise à disposition nous recommandons :)

Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés

Confortable maison très propre, au calme, très lumineuse où rien ne manque. Elle se compose de grandes pièces et la déco est jolie et moderne. La literie est de qualité. On s'y sent vraiment bien. De plus on y trouve tous les produits d'entretien et de base. La proximité des commerces et de la,plage en font un plus. Le propriétaire Sébastien et Valérie sont charmants et très réactifs.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison neuve, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée (barbecue, vaisselle en grande quantité, équipement de qualité). un séjour très agréable dans une maison moderne à proximité de toutes les commodités

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette jolie maison récente située dans une impasse calme, à partir de laquelle il est possible de se rendre à pied au supermarché, à la plage et au centre de Meschers. Merci à Sébastien de nous permettre de profiter de cet endroit. Nous reviendrons!

Une pépite se cache derrière cette annonce 😉 La maison est très agréable, propre et très équipée. A 2 pas de la plage mais aussi du supermarch et des grottes, il n'y a plus besoin de la voiture. Communication et accueil au top ! Merci !

Magnifique maison tres bien placée !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec notre fille de 20 mois et notre petit chien. La maison est très agréable car les pièces sont spacieuses et modernes et au calme (dans une impasse et dans un quartier calme). Il y a vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin (produits cuisine, nettoyage, casseroles et autres, mixeur, , parasols, baignoire, chaise haute, BBQ avec le charbon de bois … ) même ce qui n’est pas en général disponible.. (eau, épices …). On s’y sent comme à la maison grâce à cela. Le matériel à disposition est de qualité. Les propriétaires laissent beaucoup de choses à disposition. C’est assez rare 😃 . La maison est à 400 m d’un supermarché, 5 min d’une vue très agréable sur la mer et les falaises. Et à 10 min d’une plage de sable. La maison est aussi proche du centre ville (10 min max) ce qui est très pratique et la ville est très sympa 😃 . On peut donc facilement partir se balader en poussette. Aller à la plage ou au marché à pied. Le jardin et la terasse sont un plus. Note pour les familles : Il y a la ferme de la Cressonnière juste à côté top pour les enfants (super accueil des propriétaires) et un manège à Royan / saint Georges de Didonne. merci encore Sébastien pour nos échanges et votre gentillesse. Great house.

A wonderful new house in excellent condition close to restaurants and beaches. Well equipped with everything necessary for a nice stay. good communication with owner who spoke excellent English.

Dejligt hus med god beliggenhed

Huset er nyt, pænt og veludstyret. Det er ikke luksus men dejligt og komfortabelt. Det ligger i gåafstand fra alt i Mescher. Strand, by og havn. Byen er hyggelig med gode restauranter på havnen.
