"Room was dirty still with hair found on towels and washcloths. Missing body wash and toilet when we arrived. We waited an hour for someone to bring them up before we came down to get them. No apology from the man at the desk. One elevator was down the evening we checked in and we woke up to both out of order. We were put on the 7th floor with two little ones and going to breakfast and bringing down our luggage was tough. Breakfast was very minimal. Waffle maker doesn't cook well. They only have plain milk in a pitcher that had dried milk on the end to pour. Didn't want to risk getting my boys sick so we ended up getting breakfast after."

"Upon arrival was greeted by staff and informed of what time breakfast was served. The room was clean and amenities were clean as well....the refrigerator was clean and bathroom was clean. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles and other items that were excellent. The hotel was quiet and location was perfect to go shopping for essentials, restaurants/fast food and gas stations."

"The hotel room had hard floors which I thought was cool until I saw all the crumbs all over the floor. Behind the toilet, looked like it has never been cleaned. The towels were all dingy. The staff was very nice though. The only low sugar thing they had for their breakfast option was hard-boiled eggs. The refrigerator in the room sound sounded like a sonogram swishing all night long."

"Nice staff but the property was awful. Fridge wasn't working when we arrived. I went to call the desk but the phone didn't even have a cord to be plugged in. I went to the desk and was told that maintenance went home and there was not another suite to move me to. I ended up unplugging the Fridge for several hours to let the layer of ice in the freezer melt. It worked once I plugged it back in but I lost a bunch of frozen food because of it. Then, 2 days later a front desk agent asks me if the fridge ever got fixed. Seriously? No it didn't. I did it myself. Then the room was old and worn. Weird red stains on the shower wall. Stained bedding. The table leg was being held on by a bracket that was clearly added after it broke. Highly unsafe. I'll be seeking a refund."

"The room was ok. We arrived in the evening and left before breakfast hours. The hair dryer bracket was not attached to the wall very well. Very unstable. The hair dryer sparked and burnt out when I turned it on. Few ice makers on the floors. People were complaining in the elevator that they had to go to 1st floor to get ice. I asked for an easy in easy out room. Thought she gave us 119 but keys did not work for that room, it was 611 so that meant elevator trips. We swam in the pool after 8 pm. The pool itself was ok but the hand rail to enter the pool was very loose. This is a big problem when entering and exiting the pool. There were lights around the pool available but only one blue light in the pool was on. It was very dark. Would not ever want to stay there again. I do not know how it had an 8.2 rating."
