The Precious Sea View Beach Area

Studio in Mers les Bains with balcony and sea view.
The apartment is located 50m from the beach and close to the city center with all shops.
Mers les Bains beach is made up of pebbles at high tide and a magnificent stretch of sand at low tide. The beach is monitored by the SNSM and a diving board at sea is accessible in high season. All parking spaces are free in Mers-les-Bains.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
A deposit of 350 € will be requested as well as a deposit of 30 € for cleaning.
