"We had a great time this past weekend, the house is located very close to the public boat ramp with overnight parking and is located only about 4 miles to Sebastian Inlet by boat. The home was very comfortable and clean, the host were very accommodating. We will definitely book again this summer. We loved how convenient it was to roll up from a long day on the water grab a quick shower and zip away to dinner on the boat. Great times.."

"The location was quiet and the boat was larger than expected. The hosts were very pleasant and responded quickly to any question or concern. We witnessed Manatees.. Dophins chasing a school of fish. An alligator and lots of birds. From Osprey to various cranes and cormorants. Many types of fish can be seen from the boat as it sits in a harbor. August in Florida and the boats AC was great!"

"We enjoyed the houseboat except it was really really smelly - like sewage - downstairs - it was pretty awful. Also , the door locks and appliances were junk and malfunctioned . The pontoon boat rental with John saved the day!"
