The room I picked had a jacuzzi and fireplace. It was everything I imagined it to be and more. Staff was friendly and on top of making sure I had enough towels for the whole weekend. Absolutely wonderful experience.

The young gal that was working the breakfast area did a great job keeping things filled. There were so many little kids eating before a wrestling meet and she kept everyone happy!

Needed a hotel that could accommodate a tractor trailer semi in the parking lot. Absolutely perfect for that. Mexican restaurant in the parking lot with great food. Clean, quiet hotel. Great attention to details right down to the wet shoe holder by the door!

The room was clean. Convenient stay for deer hunting weekend. The room upgrades were very nice. Negatives: 1) almost no water pressure in the shower; 2) they turned our keys "off" on our check-out day by 5 A.M. when check-out isn't until 11 a.m. Couldn't get back into the building without a key card so we had to take ALL of our stuff at one time. Very inconvenient and annoying. There's no reason to turn the keys off before you actually check out.

Julette,First, let me start by saying Thank you for staying with us and sharing your thoughts. Had I been aware while you were here, I'd have been happy to assist with the water pressure. That being said, I can assure you no one "turned your keys off" - a simple fix to taking multiple trips would have been to come and have us reset them. Technology isn't perfect. Again, thank you for staying with us.

The room was clean, however they did not have any pool towels, extra blankets or pillows, the breakfast was limited because they did not have waffle mix, we had to wait for food to be made because it wasn't being kept up on and there was no coffee. Everything except the room was rough.

We had a few issues when trying to make coffee in the morning. The coffee maker was unplugged. Had to crawl under a table to plug it in.The coffee packet was really big for the one cup coffee maker. Coffee and water came out the front. When I talked to the front desk person about this when we checked out, she was arguing with us that they were the right packets and I must not have done something wrong. When I told her about how hard it was to crawl underneath the table to plug in as i have arthritis in my knees, she said it is the law, we have to do it. It is just the way it is.

Jason, I don't recall speaking to you but I do recall this conversation with a woman. I don't really remember us arguing but I guess I can watch the tape to see. The coffee pods in the rooms are designed for the coffee pots and yes, we always unplug the pots but I'm unaware of any of our rooms requiring the need to crawl under a table. Thank you for sharing thoughts and for staying with us.

I only wish the fireplace in the deluxe suite would’ve worked… otherwise it was a great stay! It was so quiet in our room I wasn’t constantly awoken by people in the hallways.

Breakfast was mediocre ant best and they ran out of most everything before it was over. Hot tub was broke. Asked for adjoining rooms before and at checkin and denied both times. At least they could have given us rooms closer together. We were on different floors and at different ends of the hotel.

I can't look into your reservations or room type because you didn't leave your name so I'm going to assume your room types are the reason you weren't together. Adjoining rooms are upon availability. If you found breakfast to be subpar you should have spoke to the manager but didn't. Thank you for staying with us.
